Everything was perfect, the location, the dining room, the lobby, the bathrooms, the skybar on the roof, the garden of the structure was beautiful and welcoming, the Neapolitan pizza and the pasta were delicious. What we appreciated most of all was the room on the 6th floor with a beautiful view, where we could admire and appreciate the New Year's Eve fireworks. Everything perfect....then the location was very central, 200-300 meters away there is the Berlin Wall, and in front of the hotel there is an important station (OSTBAHNHOF). WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE, WE WILL RETURN ONE DAY

I don’t know where to start. The hotel was well located for our purpose. It was close to the Ost Bahnhof . The breakfast was good. The staff very helpful. The restaurant manager, Ron, looked after the customers in a most efficient and attentive way and made the other in the restaurant working very efficiently as well. The Italian food was very good and both the restaurant bar and the rooftop one had a good atmosphere. The room amenities were very good with an excellent shower (both a handheld and an ordinary one). I would highly recommend the hotel and would be happy to go back.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, easy to find. Reception is always available. Friendly and helpful staff. we could drop our bags off before check-in time. The location is great, close to the train station from which you can go almost anywhere. Would gladly stay again.

The decor of the rooms and lobby was really cool. The room/bed was really comfy. The shower was great. Location fantastic for getting to everywhere I was hoping to go in Berlin over a few days trying to see as much as possible.

The location is perfect. Opposite Ostbanhof station, right in the middle of Berlin. The staff was very kind and helpful. It's a clean place, good services (we also rent bikes there), nice atmosphere.

Staff are very friendly and nice. Location is also pretty good: it’s only 5min from Bahnhof station and you can get in all mainstream tourist areas within 15-25 min. Room was clean.

I was in transit from Greece to Poland and needed a hotel for a quick night stop. This hotel was chosen for its location adjacent to the Ostbahnhof and its price. Check-in was easy, taking less than 2 minutes - the receptionist spoke good English. The room was well appointed and well prepared. I did not use the hotel's restaurant for my evening meal, it being Italian and the menu was dominated by "pizza" in a multitude of different styles or flavours - I do not 'do' pizza!! There was a "rear garden" - more like a terrace - for eating and drinking, which was very attractive and quiet. I did not use it, but report it for accuracy of my review. I slept well in my room - totally satisfied with my hotel choice. Check-out was completed in 20 seconds.

This was a great value for our one night in Germany. It was right across the street from the train station so it was nice and easy to get to and from. The bus station was located at the train station too so it made it nice and easy to get around the city. The Wall was a short walk away from the hotel. The hotel had a nice lobby and a roof top but unfortunately we didn't have time to utilize them. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. This place met our needs for comfort, price and convenience.

I wasn't offered breakfast as an option by book.com, and was too tight to pay EUR 18 per day, but Ostbahnhof was very close with plenty of food and supermarkets (the latter hidden in the basement). Not much else to say really, it served my purpose, and was close to the events I attended. The one problem I had (with the safe in the room) was quickly sorted out by the staff.
